Remote maintenance Service:When a customer report a fault and the engineers need to connect to the client for a detailed examination, they can use advanced remote testing technology to monitor and maintain customer’s network equipment. 

On-site equipment, spare parts replacement service: Based on the technical diagnosis, if necessary, we can provide timely equipment or spare parts replacement services to ensure the normal operation of client’ system. 

Field Troubleshooting:Based on diagnosis of the technical center and on-site technicians, if necessary, we’ll send supporting engineers to the site on first time according to the urgency. 
